In this talk, I’ll discuss the multi-chain approaches of the past and present, and outline a vision for a new, connected cross-chain future that will alleviate a fragmented user experience. With a couple of examples, I’ll demonstrate how this new architecture enables a wave of entirely new apps and enhanced user experiences. I’ll show how general message passing coupled with the native interoperability of Moonbeam makes it easy for devs to build cross-chain apps.

We're building a rollup to rollup bridge and would like to talk about the perks of focusing only on rollups compared to more general bridges.

CoW Protocol recently added preliminary support for EIP-1271-signed user orders, allowing smart contracts to trade on the protocol. This workshop will be focused on how EIP-1271 orders integrate with CoW Protocol, as well how they can be leveraged to implement "smart" orders with arbitrary on-chain validation logic, opening the door to an array of advanced orders (e.g. stop-loss orders) that also benefit from CoW Protocol MEV-protection. Target group: Technical Solidity smart contract development workshop, targeting people who want to know more about EIP-1271 smart contract signatures, how they integrate with CoW Protocol, and how to implement their own "smart" orders that evaluate on-chain conditions at trade time. Tools: Laptop with NodeJS + Yarn installed
Learn how to create a Distributed Validator Cluster with other workshop attendees! Learn about Distributed Validator Technology(DVT) by creating a validator with a group of peers to mitigate the problem of single-point of failure in Ethereum Staking. Target group: Users should feel comfortable using a terminal & Docker locally on their Macbook or Linux machine. Tools: If on Windows, the ability to spin up a linux VM will be needed.
