Because of the special way the Circles UBI tackles the Sybil problem, multi-hop transfers are essential for the system being usable: Money can only be sent along trusted connections. Because of that, large transfers often require a network of many small multi-hop transfers. To find these, it is often required to scan the full graph of trust connections. In this talk, I will present how optimal transfers are found in an efficient way that even works decentralized, i.e. on your own hardware.
Web3 is effectively still powered by EVM: Almost every relevant network in the space is either EVM compatible or features compatibility layers to ensure interoperability with the Ethereum ecosystem. This makes EVM a key adoption driver for the many ecosystems beyond Ethereum. With a group of crypto and Ethereum veterans we explore challenges, opportunities, risks and benefits of EVM and what it’s future may look like.
